Beer permit holders are permitted to sell beer upon the condition that an annual tax on the privilege of selling, distributing, storing or manufacturing beer has been paid to the City of Brentwood as required under the provisions of T.C.A. §57-5-104. The annual privilege tax in the amount of $100.00 is due by January 1st of each year.

 

Failure to pay this tax payment may result in the suspension or revocation of your Beer Permit or a monetary penalty of up to $1,000.00.

Note that you will not receive a new Beer Permit.
