Lee Boulie has 18 years of experience working in libraries and received her Master of Library and Information Studies degree in 2007.

She is an adjunct professor for The University of Alabama master’s degree program, teaching courses on Information Science, Management, and Information Technology. She previously served on the senior staff of the Nashville Public Library where she oversaw Collections, Cataloging, Interlibrary Loan, Shared Systems, Website, Production Services, and Library Technology departments as well as the NECAT public access television studio.

Prior to that she worked for over eight years at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum where she built their digitization initiative technology infrastructure, program design, archival space design, and staff infrastructure from designing, writing, and directing multiple large grants. She was promoted three times ultimately becoming a member of the Key Leadership Team and the Executive Director of Library & Digital Collections.

She also has prior experience working in multiple academic and research libraries as well as being the Assistant Director of the Demopolis Public Library. She has facilitated large-scale projects, been a guest lecturer and international speaker, and serves on several Boards.
