Fines and Fees
Overdue Fines
- Accounts with fines over $20.00 will be temporarily blocked.
- All fines must be paid inside the library or online. Payments may be cash, personal check, and/or Visa and Mastercard. A $0.95 transaction fee will be charged to pay by card.
- Replacement fees will generate once items are 45 days overdue.
- We work with Unique Collection Agency. If your account has a balance of $50.00 or more, your account is susceptible to be turned over to Collections. A $10.00 collection fee will be charged if your account is turned over to Collections.
- No refunds will be issued.

Replacement Fees
- Items that are lost or damaged will be charged replacement fees.
- Patrons may not provide their own replacement materials.
- Items that are lost, paid for, and returned within 90 days of the billing date may receive a partial credit to their account.
- Overdue fines will not be included in the applied credit.
- No refunds will be issued.
