Would you like to reserve a Baseball Field or maybe a Multipurpose Field?

You can do this a few different ways.  Here are your choices:

1. Click on the Request Form box.
2. Email our Recreation Coordinator.
3. Call our office at 615.371.0080 and request to speak to Mike Sallee (Sa-Lee).

Please Note:  With ANY of the options listed above, you are simply REQUESTING a field.  This is NOT a reservation or a confirmation of use.  If / when you are confirmed for a request, you will be contacted and required to come into our location to make payment and sign a usage contract.  Until that happens, you are not confirmed and may not use a field.
