911 should only be used for life-threatening emergencies or crimes in progress.

Non-Emergency Calls - 615-371-0160 

 

 

Communications Center

  • Staffed twenty-four hours/seven days a week
  • Public Safety Dispatchers are civilian employees
  • All incoming emergency and non-emergency calls to the Brentwood Police Department are answered by  Brentwood Dispatchers
  • Communications staff dispatch all Brentwood Police and Fire calls
  • All calls requiring medical assistance are transferred to Williamson County Emergency Communications 
  • Brentwood Firefighters/Paramedics  are dispatched to all medical calls within the City of Brentwood
