Communications Center
- Staffed twenty-four hours/seven days a week
- Public Safety Dispatchers are civilian employees
- All incoming emergency and non-emergency calls to the Brentwood Police Department are answered by Brentwood Dispatchers
- Communications staff dispatch all Brentwood Police and Fire calls
- All calls requiring medical assistance are transferred to Williamson County Emergency Communications
- Brentwood Firefighters/Paramedics are dispatched to all medical calls within the City of Brentwood
