Tips for Tree Planting 

• Keep the roots moist before planting
• Dig a hole - a little deeper that the roots
• Spread out the roots
• Set the tree in the ground & cover/fill with dirt
• Water the tree immediately after planting
• Mulch - not in contact with the trunk of the tree
