Brentwood Municipal Court is held on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00 AM. Court is held at the Brentwood Police Department located at 910 Heritage Way. Juvenile Traffic Court cases are heard at 4:00 PM on the first Tuesday Municipal Court date each month. Court is presided over by Judge Laurie Jewett. The Court Clerk may be reached by phone at 615-371-2272 or by email. |

Citations may be paid in advance in person at the Records window, online or by mail. The Records window is located on the first floor of the Municipal Center in the main lobby.
If paying by mail the forms of payment are local personal check, money order or cash. If paying in person we accept cash, checks or money orders and are now able to accept credit and/or debit card payments.
