The Tennessee Department of Transportation has begun a project to widen both the northbound and southbound exit ramps from I-65 to Concord Road.  When the project is complete, there will be two left turn lanes from each exit ramp to go east on Concord Road.  The project is expected to be complete by the end of 2014.  While construction is underway, drivers can expect lane shifts and some delays in the area.
