Kathleen Watkins is the new Emergency Communications Supervisor for the City of Brentwood. She has nearly 30 years of Emergency Communications experience and comes to us from Merced, California. Kathleen will be the person to sound the sirens in the event of a tornado in Brentwood.
She is from Baltimore, Maryland and after graduating high school there, she married and moved to Merced, California.
Kathleen is retired from the Turlock Police Department in California where she had spent the past six years as their Public Safety Communications Supervisor. She has nearly 30 years of Emergency Communications experience.
Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management from the University in Sacramento California. She and her husband, Greg have three grown children who all live in California.
