We are working towards providing an online reservation system but until it's available we are posting an online schedule for the public to view and make their requests a little more quickly. 

Our objective is to provide you with accurate information and assist you in securing the court you require at the appropriate time. All staff members in the Parks Department office are authorized to book reservations on your behalf, eliminating your reliance on a single staff member for obtaining your desired dates and courts.

Please be aware that the schedule displayed below is updated in real-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

As we make adjustments to the schedule, these changes will be reflected immediately, ensuring you have access to the most current information available.

This update is just one of many enhancements we are implementing for your benefit!

To make a reservation: GW – Granny White & CP – Crockett Park.  No pickle ball is allowed on the city’s courts.

1. Select desired date - One court at each facility will be available on a first-come first serve basis. (except school use)
2. Call 615-371-0080 or email Mike Sallee at mike.sallee@brentwoodtn.gov. Emailing will be a slower process. If Mike is unavailable any office staff can assist with your reservation for up to 2 weeks.
3. Printable  Request Form – Fill out and return via in person, email or mail.
4. Payment: Use link for online payment or drop-off payment or mail payment to 1750 General George Patton Drive, Brentwood, TN 37027. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is made.

• Online Payment Link- You will be given your invoice # to make payment once approved.

Court Fees:

Note: All reservations made after dusk will be charged for light usage. 

Things not allowed on courts:

1. No pickle ball is allowed on the city’s courts.
2. No rollerblades or skateboards are allowed.
3. No for-profit trainers or tournaments.
